Disk Duplication Process 1. Customer Supplies Master and Art Work. Preferred format for art work is PC EPS or PDF file, although other PC based files are acceptable. 2. Master is analyzed for Viruses and then the "Read-In" process is begun. During the "Read-In" process a better than the original copy is made internally in our equipment. Floppy disk copy is made to exactly fit manufacturer-defined formats. 3. During disk copying the system is running a number of checksums to ensure what you have is what you get each and every time. In addition individual bit missing pulse circuit (MPC), constantly is monitoring for distinct media problem areas. Precompensation is used to increase the likelihood that diskettes can be read on all PCs. Numerous other tests to ensure the copy you get is better than the original. 4. After the disk copying and verification process, the disks are inspected for cosmetic problems. 5. Finally your disk is labeled with your pre-approved label. |
